No longer in Training...now a Trainer with a shiny new Greenie

So...hey mom!! This week has been super crazy and I've been dying to tell you about it. I couldn't get emails out yesterday, because it was Labor Day, and that's a regular proselyting day. So we had to take P day today :) But guess what!!!!!! I'm training!! I just BARELY finished my training, and I'm going to train a brand new sister. Crazy. Sister Lyons is going to Oshkosh!!! :D :D That's where she's from! And she's going to be teaching her friends and stuff! So, So cool :) I'm super excited to meet my trainee. I just feel bad that she's stuck with me..the inexperienced crazy awkward Sister in Manitowoc,  but I seriously can't wait. We have to drive down to Milwaukee to pick her up :) Jenni's divorce finally finalized!!  They are no longer the Martinez family..but the Estrada family :) Ah Sister Lyons and I went over yesterday with the Elders so they could say goodbye and it was way too sad. Those kids love her. They were all bawling. Giovanni was so sad that his favorite Elder (Elder Christensen) is leaving :( it made Elder Christensen cry a little bit which made everyone else cry even more. Jenni made us all promise that we're going to be there for her wedding. It'll be quite the reunion I'm sure but she told me she wants me to bring my trainee over to her house right away so that they are the first people she meets. :) We've had so many dinner appointments this week it's been great. Jenni's fed us at least 3 times this week. Not that I'm complaining or anything. It's been so awesome :) I have to tell you about the  most amazing thing that happened this week. We had a very powerful lesson with Xavier about the Atonement. The spirit was so strong, and he could definitely feel it. He has his doubts, but he knows what we've been teaching him is true. He accepted our invitation to prepare to be baptized :) Definitely a tender mercy. I wasn't sure if he'd ever want to prepare for something like that, but when he said yes it just. Ah. It was the best. I'm so excited for him, and everything that lays in store for him through the gospel :) The progress that we've been able to see here in Manitowoc with these amazing people has been such a blessing. I'm really sad to say goodbye to Sister Lyons. She has become one of my best friends, and I've learned so much from her. I know she's going to do amazing things in Oshkosh. :) I miss you all so much. Thank you soooo much for the pictures. I love them. I'm glad the nation can now partake of what Culvers has to offer ;) haha Love you! I'm so grateful to be serving here in Manitowoc. Alma 29:1-2 pretty adequately describes how I feel about missionary work. :) Have an awesome week. I'm prayin for ya!
Hurrah for Israel!
